The Hidden Feild

First topic message reminder :

Evaline was feeling bored so she decided to make use of her time by heading to the field where she did all of her training. Not many people knew of this place, due to the fact that it was secluded by a large forest that surrounded it. The only people that were aware of it were people close to her.

After a few hours of walking, Evaline came to the clearing. With a sigh she ran to the middle and flopped down on her back. It had been quiet the adventure for Evaline. Although she was known as an 'adequate' fighter, she could be very clumsy in a forest if she wasn't paying much attention.

Evaline huffed on more sigh then sat up. "The walk up here may have been fun, but sitting around and doing nothing wasn't", she thought to herslf. A few minutes after debating on what to do, she got to her feet and slowly walked over to the little pond that was located off to the left. Evaline sat down and dangled her feet in the water. "God I'm bored" She said.

i wont drag you ill carry you so i can make sure you dont get killed by the sheer forces of how fast i can move. he didnt lower his hand but he lowered his guard to show her he meant no harm.

he swung her into his arms and erected a barrier to protect her before he pulls one of his vanishing acts. from their point of veiw everything was standstill as if time had stopped. he flew fast like this but looked like he was getting worn out. after several minutes like that he lands and lowers the barrier and time resumes but a huge gust of wind blows by as the air stablizes.

Evaline watched speechless, as the world was still. A big grin was on her face as she thought about being able to do this everyday and how fun it would be. That's when Bryant stopped and as he let down the barrier around her a gust of wind blew over them. This caused her to turn her head toward Bryant with her eyes shut to avoid most of it. After it was over Evaline looked at him. "That was awesome! But can you put me down now?" she asked him noticing a hint of tired in his eyes.

he was breathing hard and sweating after he put her down. they werent even in the same continent and night was closer even though no time passed. s-sorry bout carrying you here. it was the only way for me to preserve energy with someone else along for the ride. a cave was pitch black but he walks in like he can see. he was definitly out of energy but she couldnt tell why his energy level was the same as always when he was clearly this tired.

"No problem" she smiled at him then stretched. "Sorry if I was too heavy," But by the time she had spoken he was off in the cave. After a moments wait she walked inside. It was hard to see in the dark but she sent of small amounts of energy that would bounce back once they hit the walls and rocks, almost like echolocation.

nah your not heavy. your alot lighter than you look. he keeps walking but flinches every pulse she uses. could you stop that it hurts my eyes. he was looking at her and his eyes were visible slightly in the pitch black. and soon you wont need it youll see why... he crashed into a wall while walking backwards and the sound traveled to the next cavern and became visible casting light in the rest of the cave for as long as the sound echoed. it was like seeing the spectrum the higher pitch the brighter the color and the lower the pitch the darker the color.

"Sorry" she said as she stopped and caught a glimpse of what was ahead when he ran into the wall. She smiled and walked forward quickly "What's over there?"

WAIT!!! he grabbed her just before she reached the enterance to the cavern and his shout illuminated the cavern more. whith the new light she saw a barrier that had burnt the ground with its formation you idiot if you touch that thing youll turn to dust he was panting clearly exuasted but his energy level didnt change. he let her go and summoned even more energy to his hand matching the barrier. then he touched it and dispelled it with a pop.

"Thanks for that", she said while laughing sheepishly. I watched as the barrier disappeared. "Are you okay Bryant? You seem really tired."

he looked at her wierd cant you tell im fine? he didnt look fine at all and his energy lowered to normal but he looked like he was a human under a strain he couldnt bear for long.

She raised an eyebrow, "don't lie to me Bryant. If your tired just say so. I can find something to do with my life while you go and rest", she laughed slightly.

im not lying just feel my energy thats proof enough. its an old trick originally used for intimidation. basically the user pumps out massive amounts of energy to scare off people who can sense it. he uses it to hide the fact that he is tired and vunerable.

She felt the energy and sighed. "Fine, just don't push yourself or anything." that's when I stopped to look around.

it seemed normal but the energy was weird and impossible to describe. he was trying to keep quiet but his sounds made the room light up a tiny bit with constant light. his sounds being hard breathing and sweat dropping he finnaly sat down and pulled his energy to negative levels to absorb energy rather than give it off forgetting she was there.

She stood away from him and watched just in case. She knew there was something wrong with him. "Bryant do you need help or anything?"

some blood would be nice but ill be fine if i rest for a bit why not make some noise it makes the cave look amazing... his voice colored the air and the soundwaves turned into light. but he was still tired and looking worse every minute.

"Just take it easy." she looked worried but he seemed to know what to do. Evaline then turned her attention to the cave walls and made a louder noise. The walls illuminated and She gasped. "amazing" she mummbled.

he was breathing a bit easier now that he wasnt expelling all that energy but he was still tired. too tired to keep a barrier up that hid his scent. it fell and he muttered Shit as the most alluring smells filled the air.
