The Colliding Events of School~

First topic message reminder :

It seemed to be raucous in the cafeteria. Food flinging everywhere from table to table, well I lied. There were two tables across in the distance that seemed to be flinging food at each other comically. Another table had people who were arguing, another with people listening to music. Here I was sitting alone. I had a pen in my hand and paper in front of me. Soon, I found something in my head worth while to put onto paper and began writing. I am a poet, and so as I began to form the words carefully with the strokes, I felt another presence upon me. I only ignored it since it did not have malicious intent. Saying nothing, and remaining quiet and to myself, I continued on with this poem.

I noticed the slight worry on both of their faces and I smiled immediately.

"Oh no, I'm fine!"

'I've never been able to read minds before.. I hear your thoughts.. and if Evaline were to have any I would probably be able to read hers. Hm.. I wonder how this happened..'

"Why don't you tell me what that was back in there. That was amazing how you stood up to and took on Sel. What ability do you..possess?"

I spoke with much interest in the matter. I wanted to know what secret talents Evaline possessed and which she lacked. Though I could tell we would be an unstoppable team.

Maybe you have the ability to explosivly increase your body's energy output during times of stress. that would mean you can become stronger than any normal human if given the chance.

Bryant sinks into a deep thought bubble and contemplates what happened and possible cuases for the new powers they seem to have never tapped before.

Why would we do that ,oh you dont know about my past, well anyways i wont avoid you cuz i like skillful people they let me know how far mankind has progressed since the european dark ages.

Bryant starts to fidget as he thinks about all kings of foods that are eaten in the wild

I caught his thought and began to wonder what he meant by it. But I did not let it bother me, when the time was right.. perhaps I would know.

Bryant looks around the forest they wandered into and gazed at the trees and bushes nearby hearing movement in the distance coming towards them.

"Well my next class is out here, so I guess I can stay. My teacher doesn't mind having other students observe the class. If you guys aren't doing anything you can check it out if you want."

I spoke nonchalantly although inwardly wondering how we did wind up outside and off school grounds.

Soon I began to feel them vastly approaching as well. I wondered what was happening and why they sought out to come here, whomever they were.

'So.. there is a gunman. I wonder who else is with them. It's nothing I can't handle. I'm sure my long hard work and training has prepared me for this moment and the rest of them to come..'

As Bryant pushed us to dodge the bullet, I regained balance and composure and kept my hand on my sword hilt sticking out from the case that was attached to my belt. I was ready.

"They have magic users too. Actually that power isn't so widely spread, one magic person. Oh boy there's a whole gang of them. I do not like killing but they are attacking us. I am not going to sit here and watch nothing be done."

With anticipation I waited their arrival and would draw my sword at the last second to battle them. I smirked.

I felt useless at the moment. Everyone could sense the attackers and could defend themselves easily, all I had was my fists. I sighed and got ready. "let's do this."
