Revolutionary Girl Utena: Generation 2 - The Rainbow Rose

I smiled as she played along with my little joke. Ah Anthy, the buds of roses you caretake to do speak no volumes of the amount of beauty and love I hold within my heart for you. I watched her with a loving gaze.

Meanwhile with Hana and Takehiko...

"What? Is there something in this tea or something?"

"Why do you ask such a silly question like that? If there were, don't you think you'd be feeling its effects by now?"

"I don't know. You're smirking and looking at me like something is about to happen, something you want to happen that I don't know about. And you're being incredibly sly and careful with which words you use in conversation, choosing them as if this whole thing is being recorded or something. What the heck is going on Takehiko? I demand to know."

"Well, aren't you the little observer? I did say this before and I mean it, you're way too analytical and perceptive for your age. No, I will tell you the honest truth, and when I say this Hana, I mean it sincerely; I only look at you this way because... well silence is awkward. And I need to find something to do. And your... form is sitting across from me, beautiful as it is. I am simply admiring your beauty. I apologize if my looks come across as creepy."

He took a pause.

"But I can assure you, there's nothing wrong with your tea."

"You like to run your mouth don't you?"

"Why, whatever would you make a statement like that?"

"Truthfully, Takehiko, I do not know."

I blinked, did I really just say that? What was happening?

Aiko just watches chu chu still trying to fight but he jumps up and gently hits her palm but that made me laugh seeing him being cute. "What a adorable little one he is miss anthy."

"Thank you, Aiko..."I smiled happy but he pouts and crawls up Utena's arm and tries to sit on her head.

"You know, you really don't trust me do you? Hana, I can assure you, I wouldn't just invite you here to set you up for something. What I mean is, I care for you, and I'm looking out for a fellow student of mine. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that what the president of the student council's supposed to do? Much less another person to another? It's just humanitarian. And on some level, I do consider us friends. So there's no need to be paranoid. Just relax. I want you to feel nothing but at home here."

This time he gave a sincere smile and reached out for my hand. Normally, I'd draw back as if I didn't want his filthy hands touching me ( god knows where they've been); But this time, I let him. He touched my hand gently and his thumb caressed the skin of it softly. I looked ahead emptily, not protesting this motion. And what was worse, I was aware I was doing this, as if it didn't bother me. What could be happening? Was I in some sort of daze or funk?

Meanwhile with Utena, Anthy and Aiko...

"Oh Chu chu, you were always so fun to play with."

I giggled and I let him crawl all over me. Aiko seemed to be in agreement with us, Chu chu was one amazing friend of a pet. I smiled, as if in a childlike daze, for only a moment recalling the memories of Chu chu when I first met him and how silly it was that Anthy considered him a friend, but with time, I grew to love him too. He was family. We had to treat him like it.

OOC: Okay, my idea's coming in now. So, I'm going to, in my next post, give Aiko something, some event, some happening to react to, and when you post her reaction, I want you to post how Hana would react, not how Aiko would normally. Got me? ^^

ooc:Yes ma'am! XD

bic:Aiko just looked to chu chu as she smiled to follow his every move but wonders of where hana was and why she was gone for a while. Even looked to see Me giggling to watch him playing around.

OOC: You're adorable.

Chu chu climbed down off of me and ran directly over to Aiko whom he hadn't played with yet. He drew a small piece of wood as his sword and pointed it at her as if he wanted to play duel. He was challenging her and we knew she wasn't one for conflicts. But just as I was about to say something...

ooc:*blushed*

bic:Aiko kept quiet looking at chu chu but I looked a bit quiet, wondering what she would do before gently holding a finger to chu chu tilting her head a bit. He just tries to fight her but gently hitting her finger.

I blinked. Aiko was fighting back? Was that not a little out of character for her? But then I shrugged and sat next to Anthy to talk a little more and perhaps watch the shennanigans with Chu chu progress.

"This is new. I never thought to see Aiko playing along with chu chu."I looked gently to Utena while Aiko was a bit confused to see this but just kept her finger still, watching chu chu still battling with her.

I watched as Aiko combatted against Chu chu playfully. She seemed to really be enjoying herself. A thought popped into my head.

"Hey, you guys don't mind if I put on some music right? I just think we need something to listen to while we wait for Hana."

I walked over to the stereo I saw and turned it on, the station was automatically set to some younger station that played light pop tunes, usually, but it did have some variance, of course. However the song that came on was a remixed version of Rinbu Revolution, a song I'd remembered from my childhood. I smiled, perfect, I thought.

'Now... let's see what Aiko does.'

I blinked to wonder what Utena was doing but looked to See Aiko hearing the song, gently closing her eyes but actually singing along with it while smiling a bit just like hana would while still fighting with chu chu. He was surprised too but jumps on her head, sitting to show he might have won.

I tried to force myself to look at Takehiko but it seemed I was having trouble doing that. I wondered why. I didn't have my glasses on... so why did everything just feel so different? It was like I was completely drained of my energy to fight back, even so moments ago I was energized. And I was energized enough to move now. I had no will of my own, I was beginning to realize. I couldn't even work up the courage to ask Takehiko where the bathroom was and it was only during that time he'd caught my averting gaze that he questioned....

"What's the matter Hana?"

"Um, Mr. Ohtori, might I know where your restroom is ? I do find myself in need of its services. If it isn't too much trouble, that is."

He laughed.

"Oh how sweet of you. It's completely up for your use, don't be silly, you can use it anytime you want. It's right out this door and about 2 doors down to the right."

He smiled and I nodded, getting up to stand. But I'd gotten up a bit too quickly, forgetting about my sprained and quite possibly slightly fractured ankle, and I cringed, and limped a little bit out the door. He sprang up to help me, and he did catch me with one of his arms, but he gently let me go noticing the gaze in my eyes that I was fine. I then wobbled my way to the bathroom and did my business that was due.

Meanwhile with Aiko, Anthy and Utena...

I watched curiously as she hummed along to the music whilst playing fighting with Chu chu and when he climbed atop her head, she remained totally relaxed. She seemed to be completely immersed within the music's beat and rhythm, tones too. I noticed her foot tapping, and how passionate she'd suddenly become. I was becoming more analytical with age, I realized.

Without further ado, I began to do little moves of my own, not that I was any good, but I did have rhythm, to the sound of the music playing softly in the background. I knew once she saw someone dancing, my daughter couldn't resist doing some moves of her own. Not that she wanted to show off, but purely because she felt that spark in her heart that many artists do for their passion; Hers just happened to be dancing. I awaited to see what would happen, if anything.

My look of expression showed in my eyes to see Aiko dancing and acutally following the music. I never did anything like this before I got my life changed. Maybe Aiko was more different and was trying to become free. Aiko was still humming and dancing to the music a bit but looked up to see Chu chu just slowly going to jump down on her shoulder to poke her cheek.

I witnessed her dancing just as Hana would have. Was she perhaps mimicking what she'd seen or was something else going on I wasn't aware of? This time, instead of over-thinking it, I shrugged and continued to dance. Dancing was fun and I was beginning to realize why Hana liked it so much.

Meanwhile with Takehiko and Hana...

I'd come back from the bathroom with a limp in my leg and now the same empty gaze in my eyes that my mother had when she was younger, the same that Aiko normally had. I was beginning to not feel like myself and to this Takehiko internally smirked. It was like as soon as he gave me that drink, things changed. But I wasn't thinking of it that way.

He snapped his fingers.

"Ah Hana, have you relieved yourself?"

"Yes, Mr. Ohtori, thank you."

And with that, I felt flighty. I felt like I wasn't even myself anymore and now it was true. I opened my eyes to find myself in a room with my parents dancing and Chu chu on my shoulder. And then I looked to my hands briefly, I WAS IN AIKO'S BODY?!!??!

I loooked to them both dancing, laughing and smiling with them but I looked to aiko that I didn't know had Hana's spirit or so in her. "Aiko? You okay?" I didn't get why she froze out but then looked a bit quiet, gently thinking. "Honey? You okay?"I asked again.

OOC: You're Aiko still. It's her body, and her voice and all, just Hana's spirit, so just act as how Hana would, you can still play her color. And I'm going to play how Aiko would react even so she appears to be Hana. Got it?


I watched to see if she would respond, which she hadn't yet and Anthy had just said her name. I stopped dancing, that was odd.

Meanwhile with Hana and Takehiko...

"Now... my dear. Are you finding yourself slowly cozying up to this place? Or do you need a bit more time to adjust?"

"I am just fine, Master Takehiko, thank you."

"Oh Master. I do like the sound of that word."

"Then that is what I shall call you, Master Takehiko."

He took a pause and walked over to the window to look at the stars and then he turned back to look at me. I couldn't comprehend why I was feeling soooo different? Why was I in the room with my parents and where was Aiko? That must mean she was with him!

ooc:Okay. :3

bic:"Um, Honey. Are you sure you are okay?"

"Yes, I'm fine."I simple word was heard from her but I said nothing else before looking to utena confused now.

"Are you sure you're okay?"

I furthered her question. Not that anything seemed wrong to me anymore, I mean she did say she was fine. But I decided to ask anyway.

Meanwhile with Hana (Aiko) and Takehiko...

"The stars look exceptionally beautiful tonight. Why don't you come watch them with me?"

And with that I found myself walking over to him and looking out through the window at the stars. They didn't seem to hold any particular meaning to them, and I just watched the gleams twinkle up there. He smiled and turned to face me, and I stood still, not moving. He gently touched my cheek, my eyes fled downward to view his hand.

"Come on Hana... look at me."

I obeyed and looked directly at him.

"There we go. You are just as beautiful, no, you're more beautiful than any of those stars in the sky."

And he began to lean in, I didn't look away or flinch or anything. I stayed where I was. But I muttered...

"I cannot do this, Master Takehiko... it just isn't right."

"What isn't?"

"This." I paused. "I belong to Miss Hana, and if she were to find out about this..."

"Hana, won't know. And as far as I'm concerned, we're only what our appearances say. And going by that fact, my dear, you're Hana at the moment. Isn't it true you say she can do what she wants despite how you feel about her or about anything really? It's her life and you're just a part of it right? You have no free will of your own?"

He questioned and I simply stared straight ahead.

"Yes, it's true."

"Then you don't need that ridiculous power to take what you really desire into your own hands by whatever means necessary. Hana already does it, why can't you? After all, that is what you yearn to have, right? Some form of freedom without being completely free? It wouldn't be wrong right now. If you want to kiss me, then do it. If you want to walk out then walk out. No one is stopping you. My dear, now what will it be?"

He tilted my chin upwards and I remained silent and empty. I did not move, my eyes only adjusted to look him in the face. He smirked and began to lean downward again and this time I still didn't move. I was caught in a vice between his words, I knew might be right, and what I knew was right or rather, what I'd known to be right all along. Now which do I choose? His lips were pressing ever closer to mine; The space between them was dwindling, I'd only hope someone would rescue me...

OOC: To really mix things up, you can have Aiko (Hana) rescue her."

bic:I said nothing but just looked at the ground, thinking of something to mind. I didn't know much about what was happening but somehow, I had a bad feeling about something. Something that was out of order or so. Quickly, I turn to leave feeling something really wrong as I head to the same room she as in. I open the door quickly to see the two about to kiss. "Get away from her!" I get in between the two but I was in front of Hana, the one in her body, protecting her. I follow with Utena but stop at the door to see this.

I followed her and watched the scene in front of me. Not only was Aiko shouting and being extremely out of character with her mannerisms right now, but Hana and Takehiko were about to kiss, and the funnier part is; She wasn't going to do anything about it. That was strange.

"Miss... Hana..."

Takehiko looked at Aiko, and blinked. He knew what was going on, but he never intended for this to happen.

She just looked quiet before looking to Aiko(hana) quietly looking worried. "He didnt' hurt you did he or touch you?" she touches her cheek with her hand.
