one year later

i would instinctively find the path of least resistance and be tosses somewhere in the universe... it happened once before in this ship... i lost 'her' during that century. i looked down distracted remembering something from my past.

30 min later

before i was finished reliving what to Mero's eyes was a memery of pure agony the screen displayed a broken star its material was flowing into a blackhole and i snapped out of my trance as the ship starts to spin out of control due to the unstable gravitiy forces from the colliding universal bodies.

I was curious as to what he was talking about. It seemed like he was remembering something but for the length of the memory I could tell it wasn't good. I was trying to formulate words to ask him about it but then the ship jolted and begin to spin.
"What the hell! Are we going to be sucked in to that thing?"

no like i said were gonna slingshot around the outer edge of the event horizon or the inner part of the colors. i tapped into the ships navigation with the plugs and she could see i was sweating form effert. my eyes darted every where even tho we had been put on a corrected course. i held my hand against the inner hull and charged it with almost all my energy, more than she ever thought or imagined i had and the hull turned it into an anti gravity sheild. we zoomed closer getting sucked in to the black hole from where we where but at the last second the ship and us elongated and cuaght a current of light and energy that was being blasted out of the black hole and as we returned to normal the energy ribbon we were riding blasted uss into another galaxy.

"Warp speed!" I exclaimed and watched him do what ever it was he was doing. It was exciting almost being sucked into a black hole. It got ones adrenaline pumping.

umm no what humans theorize as warp is far slower. but when we hit the event horizon we did match 7.5 on the cochrane scale as you humans theorize... looking at the next galaxy we were in the void between galaxies and a diagram showed we were almost half way across already. i hear you humans theorize that 10 is infinite speed.... that is not true. it could be true if the ship could withstand going into a star... or like we just did a black hole.

"Yes but humans don't have crazy technology like you seem to do ,mister alien".

umm... my engine is the real tech on this baby. the sheild is my energy and... i pas out and she felt like i was dead. the computer took over and bleeped a message to her. "he always has to try to fool everyone with his fake powerlevels. he could be near death and still be showing his max power even as it is killing him"

I laughed, "What a showoff. Maybe you should talk him out of that?" I suggested to the computer, unsure if it would hear me.

a blue face appered with black eyes and it looked like an 8-bit game screen. it shook its face no but bleep another message, "he wont listen he does that to make his O..P. enemies think he is still unable to be beat by them." the face smiled as a new message popped up, "but i agree... sometimes he pushes so hard i cant fix his body up ater. usually when he gets into a fight where he has to regenerate alot. and that happenes becuase he doesnt harden his energy onto his skin so he can show that he can just regenerate any wound to scare his enemy. he knows how but he chooses to do things the hard way." my voice comes from a speaker and it was a recording. No computer i do things this way to keep things interesting. if i use the skills i have to be invulnerable then it wont be any fun to fight becuase they would give up or die.

"Pfft, Keep it interesting my ass. I agree with you computer, he's defiantly doing it the hard way". I stared down at his unconscious body. "So, we have to wait until he wakes up then?"

"he aint gonna for an hour. would you like to pilot? you have better ideas of places than him." the message flashed and a dome helmet decended from the pilot seat tailored to her head size and shape.

I jumped into the pilots seat with a huge grin on my face. "Would I ever!" I put the the helmet on and cracked my knuckles. "Lets do this. Ship, Bryant said there was a course we were already following. Take off your auto pilot please and could you show my a number of busy planets". I glanced over at Bryant and smirk then mumbled, "God he'll be mad after he wakes up".

"umm you have to do that yourself... im not really in auto pilot..." the electronic voice was heard in her head but the ship stopped suddenly as she took over control. "the nearest is one day away about where we were going."

"Hmmmm, well can this ship speed up any?" I took the controls and kept heading in the same direction until I had a steady plan as to where I was going.

we were riding the coronal ejection frm the black hole but its influence stopped. the ship exploded into flight at the pace it was before the black hole and i woke up and yawned. next time you let her drive ill melt you hard drive. count yourself lucky i was gonna surprise you with that device. now im gonna have ta weird you out at some point.

i go to the central collum and push a button. a think red liquid wnet into a pouch that i bit into and drank with my fangs. ahh just like yours thank you computer for copying it but you forgot the spark of life and the flow of thought. i was joking about the flow of thought for her blood. and i watched her piloting the ship. my eyes got wide and i pointed HEY i found a meteor storm wanna watch it hit a moon?

"Don't threaten this glorious machine" I said while patting the ship. I looked as he drank what I assumed was blood, "Vampires" I muttered while rolling my eyes. I looked out and saw nothing, "Yes, but where is it?"

to the left 60 degrees down 30 if im right about what im sensing it will be a firestorm on a water planet. i noticed her comment and gently ran a nail against her skin where i usually bite her neck. oh cmon you know you miss my venom when i bite.

I headed the ship in the direction he though the meteor storm would be, happy to be driving. I shivered slightly as his nail touched my neck, "I wouldn't say that exactly" I laughed.

well your not the type to ever show fear... no matter the circumstance... i gently brush my dry fangs against her neck. so ill say im on the money so to speak.
