This will be a collection of poems based on a theme

The perception of reality
Based on our morality
Flawed because of our mortality

We see and see nothing
Based on choice for anything
Hear and hear nothing

Silent screaming all around
All we ever hear in the world
For the lack of a word

We seek without seeking
We live without living
We sacrifice without sacrificing

We sit in silence of our own making
We shut down from the pleading
We ignore the very meaning

Mate take this as a compliment - it suits a RAP song a lot. But not those raps that sing with no meaning but those raps like Ice Cube, 2 Pac that have deep meanings in it.

While about the whole composition and lyrical meaning I'd give it a 10/10 because people should start really get aware of the things around them but not being like a machine - eating,working,sleeping.
Because you die in vain in the end.

A secret maintains
All that remains
That our soul retains

In our solitude
We seek rectitude
With gratitude

To answer a call
Behind a wall
So very tall

Exists a will
For a thrill
On a windowsill

Looking down
You drown
In the sound

Of life

A warrior? A wanderer of this land?

I'm a dreamer
A follower of the flowing sand
Ignored and tossed aside
In search of a way that already died
I was left with a burning desire
To speak out as the world was set afire
To witness the death of nations
And the pouring out of damnations
I say my prayers as I kneel
In hope to feel
A way through the despair
That was heavy in the air
We watch at the wonder of it all
As if standing behind a wall
Seeking protection from ourselves
Learning that only you can save yourselves
But it is too late for that now
All we can do is to go down
Into a state of emptiness
Leaving all our happiness
