I gently bit her neck drinking her blood but my fangs were short. the oven ticked away like an egg timer but it was just the vibrations from the heat it was putting out. or maybe his pulse you cant tell for sure. time seems stopped.

I bite my lip and closed my eyes, waiting for him to finish. Time seemed to had stopped a I found myself thinking crazy things, like this isn't all bad, It doesn't hurt at all.

the oven timer dinged turning his bite sour the instant he removed his fangs. he opened the oven and she smelled an extra herb she didnt see him add. LOTS of it

no a tiny example. i think about star maps... inter planetary wars inter galactic wars all sorts of math and nerdy science but not too much of that unless i need to. lost of things.
