A New Beginning

he removes his hand. thank you for healing me. i dont know why but when you heal me it doesnt effect my regeneration procces like other skills. his tone was calm and empty due to a lack of energy. i know im in no position to make demands but i have to know how you knew how to fix my body...

but when i was destabilizing at a molecular level it saved me sooner than i could save myself. how did it do that without knowledge only i posess? a tiny explosion hit his head and reduced him to a blabbering idiot for a single moment when he finnished speaking. it seemed his brain overloaded from the amount of questions he wanted to ask.

OOC: i hope Mero saw that she would have a luagh at a visible brain fart.

magic huh...? he looked at his hands like he was remembering a life long gone. havent used magic in centuries. i wonder if i could mimic dragonslayer magic still.

It had been a while that the two had been arguing. So much so that I had left, came back, gone and came back again. This time I had a briefcase with me. I smiled at my friends seeing them back to their wonderful selves and walked up to them. "Now that your lovers quarrel is over, shall we continue to our destination?" I questioned them both.

OCC: I saw... And yes I laughed xD

he was grinding he teeth and several veins apeared on his forehead. were not lovers if anything she likes you. he was obviously pissed off but there wasnt any reason for him to be.

I laughed, "Settle down you". I poked Bryants arm then looked at Utena. "If I gave you and Bryant a map to city hall do you think you could manage your way over there? I have something I need to attend to". I clutched onto the briefcase tightly.

"If he doesn't say that word again, I can manage to do what I'm supposed to do and responsibly too. But, he is right ya know..."

I took a small pause in my sentence before getting a little louder.

"We're definitely not lovers!"

Then I had established the telepathic link again and told Mero..

'But, I have a slight crush on you..' .//.

I smiled and nodded at her, though I hoped she knew that those feelings could not be returned. Still it was flattering to hear that.
"Well the way you two were bickering it seemed like you were", I laughed. I then turned to Bryant. "If you so much as think the word I'll run back here and kick your ass!" With that I turned and walked off, slipping down an alley way.

I wont say it... but i dont mean any insult by it i say it with respect... i look at them both. i can get there i fly over all the time...

I had just heard their last words before turning down another street. I hoped Utena could find the place with the map I provided her. Now wasnt the time to worry though. I sped up my pace as I swerved around people. After a good ten minutes of walking I arrived at a simple looking tavern. It blended in to the rest of the street with it's dull brown and black colors.

I pushed the door open, revealing a large room flooded with drunk, loud, hoards of people. I made my way to the bar-keep and asked him if my client had arrived. He nodded and returned to his duties. I thanked him and turned to go upstairs. Since this was my usual place the bar-keep never questioned anything I was doing.

After my trek up the stairs I came in contact with a burly muscled man standing outside the door to the private room. I asked him to move, rather unpleasantly and proceeded inside.

OOC: yay for best buds! And sorry bout all this stuff.. But it will catch up with you two later.

I watch her walk away before turning to Utena. look i know your still mad at me but can we put this aside?

Once I was inside the room I looked around. The wooden floor panels were stained with wines and ales and the bed off to the corner was old and rusted. In the middle there was a large table with chairs scattered around it. At the head of the table sat a man. He had two gaurds standing on either side of him. I nodded my head at him and gave a slight greeting as I walked over to shake his hand.
After the greeting were out of the way he motioned for me to sit. I decided to take the chair opposite of him all the way at the other end. "I'm sorry for calling you to such a place", I chatted as I took my seat.

"That's quiet alright", he nodded, not very into the small talk. "Now if you hadn't noticed, I'm here in place of my own boss, who's name shall be kept classified".
I held no emotion in my face but raised an eyebrow. "How am I to trust such a sketchy operation?" He chuckled at this and motioned for a gaurd, wispering into his ear. The gaurd nodded and stepped out of the room. This confused me more but i didnt let that get to me. "You'll just have to trust me. Now as I see you have brought what we asked for?" he said while eyeing the brief case. "Yes, but only if you have my money". His face hardened and I mentally cursed him for what was coming next.

"I may have it, but I would like to see the weapon design first". I shook my heading sighing, "Your all the same, can't you just trust me?" I mimicked him. His eye twitched but he kept calm. "No I can't, show me it now!" Just as he said that the gaurd strolled back in with a handful of other gaurds. I laughed and opened the brief case revealing a blueprint of a large gun. It was a one of a kind that would add a great amount of back up in controlling this city.

I closed the brief case and stood up, "My money?" the man snapped his fingers and a gaurd came forward with the another brief case placing it infront of me.

no but even a monk would be mad all day for something like that... i finished what i had to say and didnt say anymore on the topic. Tena-chan you wouldnt have any ideas to pass time while he do where you want to go would you?
